It was a very interesting night last tuesday to hear from the founder of Green Cross alcohol and Zonrox bleaches, Mr. Gonzalo Co It who talked about his life.

Mr. Co told of his coming to the Philippines, going to school, getting married and raising a family, how he started his company and how it was taken away by the very people he loved and cared for.

Yet, inspite of trials and heartaches, he still found strength in his faith in God and hopes to find reconciliation.

A few days before celebrating his wedding anniversary, Senatorial candidate Francisco "Kiko" Pangilinan spoke to the Anvil Business Club officers and members.

In his talk, Senator Pangilinan explained his principles and stand for running as an independent inspite of the invitations from both the government and the opposition to join their tickets.
Intimate conversations with Cesar Guy

In a private dinner with Anvil Business Club officers and directors, presidential adviser on energy, Cesar Guy gave his life story of power and fall during the Marcos regime and how he survived 20 years in the New Bilbid prison. Mr. Guy told the group inside stories of brokering for power both the past and current Philippine government.

It was during his stint in the prison that he came to accept Jesus to be his savior. And after all the questions and answers which lasted till midnight, Mr. Guy invited anyone in the group to receive Jesus Christ to be their savior.
